This illustration was created as part of a project where I completed illustrations of the same object in 10 different styles - 9 illustrations imitating/influenced by other illustrators' styles and 1 in a personal style. My object was a pink scrunchie, found in this illustration as the rose. This illustration was inspired by fairytale book covers by Job Van Gelder. An example of his work can be found here.
