Working with Pet Industry Resource on PhytoSmart, my team and I had to create a way to educate consumers about the benefits of PhytoSmart. We collaborated to create these interactive, educational user experiences on the website.
Various Animal Benefits:
Originally, this content was vertically arranged with the image first, then bullet points. The problem was that the image and content couldn’t all fit on one screen, so we decided to redesign.
In this section, the marketing lead and I decided to move toward a full screen experience to bring the user in and engage them with the content immersively. We collaborated on this tabbed idea where users could see the image, different animal icons, and content, switching between animals by clicking on the tabs/icons. I designed the section and selected the imagery and icons, ensuring they were accurate to the content/animal being displayed and met brand standards. Layout for various animals can be seen below.

Dog & Cat Specific Benefits
On PhytoSmart’s website, the team decided to create specific pages describing benefits to dogs and cats, respectively. I led creative direction for these pages and had the idea for this section. The client provided an infographic of the cat & dog together with simple text to note benefits. I thought we could expand this, separating the cat & dog and using icons + text for benefits that users could click on to navigate through the expanded benefits content in a more engaging way. We also included relevant blog posts for further learning, and product recommendations for each health need. The result is below.
